New Member Vetting Process
1. Confirm referral (sponsorship) from current EC member in-good-standing.
2. Submit resume and new member application to Scott Turner – s_turner02@charter.net
3. Scott will review the resume and application for alignment to the new candidate criteria.
4. Assuming Scott believes the candidate meets criteria, he will introduce the candidate to the first of 3 EC BOD members.
5. The Candidate is responsible for reaching out to the assigned Board member to schedule a mutually convenient face-to-face meeting.
6. The EC Board member will share feedback with the board, and either recommend the candidate move on to the 2nd of 3 EC BOD member vetting meetings or not.
a. If not, the candidate will be contacted to share they won’t be advancing in the process
b. If yes, Scott will introduce the candidate to the 2nd BOD member for vetting
7. The Candidate is responsible for reaching out to the assigned Board member to schedule a mutually convenient face-to-face meeting.
8. The 2nd EC Board member will share feedback with the board, and either recommend the candidate move on to the Group Facilitator for the 3rd and final vetting meeting or not.
a. If not, the candidate will be contacted to share they won’t be advancing in the process
b. If yes, Scott will introduce the candidate to the Group Facilitator for the 3rd and final vetting meeting
9. The candidate is responsible for reaching out to the Group Facilitator to schedule a mutually convenient face-to-face meeting.
10. The Group Facilitator will share feedback with the board, and either recommend the candidate for invitation to join or not.
a. If not, the candidate will be contacted to share they won’t be invited to join
b. If yes, Mary will reach out to invite the candidate to become a member of EC
